Rooms in the conference castle can be booked here.

Please use "Workshop" as promotion code. We get a 10% discount on the regular room rates with cancelation free of charge until 7 days before arrival and a 19.4% discount in case of "early booking" which means that your credit card will be charged 4 weeks before arrival and cancelation afterwards is not possible.

Transportation

The hotel offers a shuttle service from and to Vienna airport. Please be so kind to let Ms. Silvia Stocker at hotel@schloss.at know your arrival and departure dates and times in Vienna. She will try to arrange group transports so as to minimize the fare per participant and will get back to you with your shuttle options approximately a week before the workshop. Please make sure to let her know that you are attending the workshop organized by Prof. Helmut Bölcskei.
